Delivery Information

Delivery is FREE on all baskets over £75. Under £75 we charge a flat rate of £7 to any address in mainland UK and £15 to Northern Ireland or the Scottish highlands.

Thanks to new rules after Brexit, we are no longer set up to ship outside of the UK – sorry. 

All items ordered before 2pm which are in stock will be dispatched same day with our couriers, a tracking number will be added to your order. We send all items on a next day, signed for service. We will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order if the item cannot be dispatched for any reason within the approximate shipping time given on the product page, and give you an expected delivery day.

We hold stock in store, in our warehouse and in suppliers warehouses if they are able to give us a live stock update.  Generally, the longest you will wait for dispatch on items showing as in stock is three days if ordered between Monday and Thursday.  We don’t post on Saturday to Monday.
